Marketing Engineers: Offers 20 kHz ultrasonic Welder and 35 kHz Ultrasonic Welder (Most Widely used frequency). The 20 KHz and the 35 khz. frequency in the industry standard, suitable for a wide range of application and thermoplastic components.
System Components: The process controller is the "brain of the system, programmable to control every aspect of the assembly system and process, including melt distance, time, force, amplitude, velocity, energy and peak power.
The Generator is the system's power supply. The generator converts line voltage into high frequency electrical energy.
The Transducer also known as the converter, changes the electrical energy into mechanical motion.
The Booster which can be thought of as a mechanical transformer, increases or decreases the amplitude of horn vibrations to meet the specific requirements of each application.
The Tooling is comprised of two elements the horn and the fixture. The horn transmits the vibrational energy to the desired workpiece interface. The fixture locates and support the work-piece during the bonding process.
